DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All items are quality-checked prior being listed on our site. However, as is sometimes the case with handmade items, defects can occur. In these instances, we are happy to provide you with a credit note towards a future purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS

D&X London will not accept returned items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, or any other mishap; nor are we able to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

Important note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings, nor refund or exchange them, unless they are faulty.

RETURNING A PURCHASE:

Our aim is to make you happy with your purchases; however, we do understand that returns must sometimes happen. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. To enable us to handle your returned item(s) in an efficient manner, please follow these steps:

If, upon receipt, you notice that any of the products in your order are faulty, damaged, or otherwise not 100% satisfactory, you are entitled to a credit. Notify us via email within 10 working days of receiving your goods, and please attach photos of the flawed items. We will issue a credit note which is valid toward your next order. Where possible, we will offer replacements.

If you are asked to return the defective merchandise, please include the order number in the package, as well as the contact information of the purchaser (full name, mailing address, and telephone number).

All returned merchandise must include original packaging, with tags attached, and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, are not in their original packaging, or that display evidence of wear and tear. Goods that show signs of misuse or damage will be returned to the buyer at an additional fee.

Please ensure that all items are adequately packaged. We suggest marking the outer package ‘FRAGILE’, and protecting the contents with bubble wrap, inner boxes and/or padded envelopes.

Please note that D&X London cannot accept responsibility for damage or delay caused by your chosen delivery service, and we are unable to accept proof of posting as proof of delivery. We suggest using Royal Mail’s ‘Recorded Delivery’ option, which includes insurance coverage for your returned goods when they are in transit.

We are unable to cover shipping; the cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility.

Direct your package, with sender information and order number enclosed, to:
